Does FXDD have a dealing desk?
FXDD has a Trading Desk, that desk is responsible for managing liquidity
coming from our banks and streaming it to our various platforms. It is also
responsible for maintaining the operation of our trading systems and
ensuring proper executions of clients positions and finally responsible for
receiving clients calls and inquiries and executing their orders over the
phone (in case clients have no access to their trading platforms).
We DO NOT have a dealing desk that manipulate clients positions in any sort
or form and FXDD deal with all clients positions POST TRADE, meaning After
the client execute their positions. FXDD employ NO dealing desk intervention
policy.

اف اكس دي دي بها مكتب تداول وهذا مسؤول عن ادارة السيولة التي تاتي من البنك وتسير هذه السيولة الي المنصات المختلفة لدي الشركة.
ومسوؤل ايضا عن الاحتفاظ بنظام عملية التداول . ومسؤول عن التاكيد علي نفاذ اوردارات العملاء.
واخيرا مسؤول عن استقبال مكالمات العملاء وطلباتهم وتنفيذ عقودهم عبر الهاتف في حالة عدم تمكن العميل
التنفيذ عبر منصته .
لا نمتلك ديلينج ديسك الذي يقوم بمعالجه اوامر العملاء باي نوع او شكل ما. مسؤول عن التنفيذ بعد ما يقوم العميل بتنفيذ صفقته لانه مسؤوليته هو تمرير العقود الى البنك
و ليس التدخل فى صفقاته.
Is FXDD a market maker?
The term "market maker" means that the forex brokers make market and enable
clients to trade currencies and commodities, so in that sense ALL Forex
brokers ARE market makers.
The clients Deal with the brokers and the brokers is the link between the
client and the liquidity providers. The client doesn't deal with the bank
directly but rather open his account with the broker and execute it on the
broker's platform.
If by "market maker" term you mean that FXDD manipulate clients positions
or interfere in any sort or shape in execution of their positions, then the
answer is NO. FXDD Does NOT interfere with any positions of its clients.
FXDD DOES NOT have the "First look", meaning we don't look at clients order
and decide how to deal with them, instead our first priority is to execute
their positions first.
FXDD receives its liquidity from various banks and this liquidity is
streamed into variety of platforms that are known to employ ECN (Electronic
Communication Network) and or STP (Straight Through Process) models in
addition's to a variety of risk management tools.

مصطلح الماركت ميكر يعني ان البروكر يقوم بعمل سوق للعملاء يقوموا بتداول العملات به والكوموديس وفي هذه الحالة كل البروكرز يكونوا ماركت ميكر.
العميل لا يقوم بالتداول مع البروكر والبروكر هو الوسيط بين العميل وبين مذودين السيولة (البنك) العميل لا يتاجر مع البنك مباشرة ولكن يقوم بتنفيذ صفقاته من خلال المنصة مع البروكر الوسيط.
اذا كان المقصود من مصطلح ان اف اكس دي دي ماكت ميكر بمعني انها تتدخل في تنفيذ عقود العملاء باي شكل او نوع فالاجابة لا اف اكس دي دي ليس ماركت ميكر ولا تتدخل باي شكل في عقود العملاء ولا تنظر في العقود التي يقوم بها العملاء حتي تتاجر ضدهم. بالاضافة الي الاولوية لتنفيذ عقودهم اولا.
اف اكس دي دي تستقبل السيولة الخاصة بها من انواع معينه من البنوك وتسير هذه السيولة الي الانواع المختلفة من المنصات مثل الاي سي ان والاس تي بي.
