كنت قد فتحت حساب في شركة fxdd وبعد تجريبه لعدة أشهر لم أعد أستعمله .قمت بإرسال رسالة إلكترونية لطلب إغلاقه . ولكني توصلت رسالة أمس أنني مجبر أن أدفع 15 دولار عمولة ما لم أودع في حسابي مبلغ 250 دولار
صراحة أنني أريد إغلاق حسابي ليس بسبب عيب في الشركة وإنما لحرية شخصية.المرجو من إخواني في المنتدى أن يتوسطو لي لإغلاق حسابي هذا.وجزاكم الله خيرا.

خلص انت شو رح تخسر اترك الحساب ولا تودع فيه ولا تعمل شي
واعتبره مغلق
يعني ما رح يضرك ولا رح ينفعك
نحن لدينا حسابات مع اكثر من شركه ولكن لا يوجد فيها اموال

هاي الرساله تم ارساله لجميع العملاء ،،
اذا حسابك مر عليه 90 يوم وانت ما شتغلت عليه بيتم نقله الى الارشيف
لو عاوز ترجعله بعد 90 يوم لازم تدفع 15$ بدل صيانه
لو مش عايز ترجعله انت حر .. وما بترتب عليك اي شي
